Feminine Touch Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a 100% Black female-owned South African company established in 2017. Our vision is to empower women and youth through high-quality beauty services, skills development, and entrepreneurship.
Since introducing our formal beauty training programs in 2021, we have trained more than 500 aspiring beauty professionals. We equip them with practical, market-ready skills that enable self-employment, independent business ownership, and sustainable income generation.

Ms Tshegofatso Meso
Founder & Managing Director | Educator & Beauty Professional
Ms Tshegofatso Meso is the visionary founder and managing director of Feminine Touch Holdings (Pty) Ltd, the company behind the Le Delicate Beauty Parlour brand.
Driven by a deep passion for beauty, entrepreneurship, and community development, Ms Meso began her journey in the beauty industry over 12 years ago. Having witnessed firsthand the economic challenges faced by many women and youth in South Africa, she identified beauty skills and business mentorship as a powerful path to financial independence and self-sufficiency.
What started as a boutique beauty salon expanded in 2021 into a formal beauty school. Ms Meso designs and facilitates our structured training courses, combining hands-on practical application with vital business principles that empower students to launch their own salons immediately upon graduation.
She believes true leadership is measured by the number of people empowered to succeed, a philosophy that drives the high-touch, supportive environment of the academy.

Capacity: Up to 20 learners on-site per cohort
Facilities: High-power UV/LED stations, professional lash isolation beds, wig stands, and practical workshop setup.
Pretoria Training Centre
Address: Centurion, Pretoria, Gauteng
Capacity: Up to 30 learners on-site per cohort
Facilities: Expandable training workspaces, advanced business development classrooms, and collaborative beauty suites.
